Miedema Inc., Began as a retail feed service for local dairies in the Central Valley. Lykele Miedema has 30+ years of dairy industry experience and offers a broad based knowledge stream of management, nutrition, profit maximizing and commodity acquisition. Kathy Miedema-Ray assisted with bookkeeping part-time and was looking to start a different business. Today they work as a successful team running Miedma Inc. and have grown to over $4 million in annual sales. After reviewing their business plans & goals with Tim, Miedema revised their business model and optimized operations. Today Mediema specializes in finding new feed products and identifying large purchase contracts that have retail/wholesaleprofit potential. Recently they hired two full-time and one part-time staff members (as well as one 1099 contractor) and are currently seeking more employee’s.
